What this integration does
The Allo-Sellsy integration keeps your CRM updated automatically. Your Sellsy contacts sync to Allo, and every call logs to Sellsy with AI summaries. No manual data entry required. Import your contacts When you connect Sellsy, all your contacts will be imported in Allo. So you can easily access and call them. After a call, Sellsy is updated in real-time When you finish a call or send a text, we’ll update the customer’s record with the activity and include a summary of the call as well as the recording of the call.Setup

You’ll be redirected to Sellsy. Click Allow to grant Allo access to your account.
When you connect Sellsy, your contacts are imported into Allo automatically. You can call them directly from the app.

Contact sync is one-way only. Contacts created in Allo are not pushed to Sellsy.
Troubleshooting

Common causes:
- Browser blocked the authorization popup
- Sellsy session expired
- Allow popups for the Allo app
- Log into Sellsy in another tab first, then retry
- Clear your browser cache and try again
Calls not syncing
Calls not syncing
Check these items:
- Integration shows as “Connected” in Allo Settings
- Contact exists in your Sellsy database
- Internet connection is stable during calls
Contacts not appearing
Contacts not appearing
Wait a few minutes:Initial sync can take 5-10 minutes for large contact lists.Verify connection:Check that the integration shows as “Connected” in Allo Settings.
Need to reconnect
Need to reconnect
If you need to reconnect your Sellsy account:
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Sellsy
- Tap Disconnect
- Follow the connection steps again

- Tap Disconnect
