What this integration does

The Allo-Sellsy integration keeps your CRM updated automatically. Your Sellsy contacts sync to Allo, and every call logs to Sellsy with AI summaries. No manual data entry required. Import your contacts When you connect Sellsy, all your contacts will be imported in Allo. So you can easily access and call them. After a call, Sellsy is updated in real-time When you finish a call or send a text, we’ll update the customer’s record with the activity and include a summary of the call as well as the recording of the call.

Setup

Connecting Sellsy to Allo takes less than a minute. No API key required.

Open Allo app

Launch Allo on mobile or desktop

Go to Integrations

Navigate to Settings > Integrations

Find Sellsy

Locate Sellsy in the integrations list and tap the + icon

Click Connect

Tap Connect to start the authorization process

Authorize in Sellsy

You’ll be redirected to Sellsy. Click Allow to grant Allo access to your account.

Done

You’re all set. Your contacts will import into Allo, and your calls will sync to Sellsy automatically.
When you connect Sellsy, your contacts are imported into Allo automatically. You can call them directly from the app.

Contact sync

One-way sync from Sellsy: Your Sellsy contacts are automatically imported into Allo. When you add new contacts in Sellsy, they appear in Allo within a few minutes.

All call information appears in the Historique des activites section on your contact and company records in Sellsy.

What syncs

From Sellsy to Allo:
  • Contact names and phone numbers
  • Company information
  • Contact details
Contact sync is one-way only. Contacts created in Allo are not pushed to Sellsy.

Troubleshooting

Common causes:
  • Browser blocked the authorization popup
  • Sellsy session expired
Solutions:
  • Allow popups for the Allo app
  • Log into Sellsy in another tab first, then retry
  • Clear your browser cache and try again
Check these items:
  • Integration shows as “Connected” in Allo Settings
  • Contact exists in your Sellsy database
  • Internet connection is stable during calls
Solution: If issues persist, disconnect and reconnect the integration.
Wait a few minutes:Initial sync can take 5-10 minutes for large contact lists.Verify connection:Check that the integration shows as “Connected” in Allo Settings.
If you need to reconnect your Sellsy account:
  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Sellsy
  2. Tap Disconnect
  3. Follow the connection steps again

Manage your integration

Disconnect Sellsy

To disconnect the integration:
  1. Open Allo app
  2. Go to Settings > Integrations
  3. Select Sellsy
  4. Tap Disconnect
Disconnecting stops all sync between Allo and Sellsy. Existing data in Sellsy remains unchanged.
