How to buy

Open Settings

Go to Settings in the Allo app

Select Buy Number

Tap Buy Number

Choose your number

Select country, region, and number type. Pick from available numbers.

Confirm purchase

Review pricing and confirm. Your number activates immediately.

After purchase

Once you buy a number, you can:
  • Give it a custom name for easy identification
  • Set up call routing (IVR, team members, voicemail, AI Receptionist)
  • Configure separate business hours
  • Customize voicemail messages

Common questions

Yes. Toll-free numbers (800, 833, 844, etc.) are available on Business plans. Contact support to request one.
1-800 and 888 numbers are very limited. Other toll-free prefixes are more readily available.
Yes. Go to Settings, select the number, and choose “Cancel number.” You’ll be billed for the current month only.
Starter plan: Receive SMS only
Business plan: Send and receive SMS
Yes. Each team member can have a dedicated number, or multiple members can share numbers.
No limit. Add as many numbers as your business needs.
