Click Settings in the menu

Select Billing
Go to billing section

Manage subscription
Click “Handle my subscription”

Cancel
Follow prompts to cancel
- Monthly: Access until end of current billing period
- Yearly: No refund, access until end of annual term
- No cancellation fees
What happens after cancellation
Immediate effects:- No new charges
- Cancellation confirmed via email
- Use Allo until end of billing period
- All features remain available
- Data remains accessible
- Account becomes inactive
- Cannot make or receive calls
- Data preserved for 90 days
- Can reactivate anytime
Deleting the app does NOT cancel your subscription. You must cancel through proper channels.
