This integration requires a Zapier or Make account to connect Allo and Brevo. No coding required.

Setup

Connect Allo to Brevo through Zapier or Make:
  1. Create or log into your Zapier account
  2. Create a new Zap with Allo as the trigger app
  3. Select Brevo as the action app
  4. Map the fields (call data, contact info, summaries)
  5. Turn on your Zap

Call logging

Every call is logged to Brevo as a deal activity with recordings and AI summaries.

Contact sync

New callers are automatically added to Brevo with their call data attached.

Call logging

After each call, Allo sends to Brevo:
  • Call recording
  • AI-generated summary
  • Call metadata (date, time, duration, direction)
All logged as a deal activity on the contact’s timeline in Brevo.

Contact creation

When Allo receives a call from an unknown number, a new contact is automatically created in Brevo with the call data attached.

What syncs

From Allo to Brevo:
  • Call recordings
  • AI-generated call summaries
  • Call metadata (date, time, duration, direction)
  • New contact records

What you can do in Brevo

Once call data is in Brevo, use it to:
  • Track deals — Monitor prospects through your sales pipeline based on call activity
  • Trigger automations — Launch follow-up email sequences or task reminders right after a call ends
  • Review contact history — See a full call and summary timeline on each contact profile
  • Segment contacts — Organize contacts based on call activity for targeted outreach

Troubleshooting

Check:
  • Your Zap or Make scenario is turned on
  • Allo is correctly set as the trigger
  • Brevo is correctly set as the action
  • Fields are mapped properly
Solution: Test your Zap or scenario manually to identify where the flow breaks.
Verify:
  • Contact creation is included in your Zap or Make flow
  • Required fields (at minimum a phone number) are mapped
  • You haven’t reached your Brevo contact limit
Check:
  • The summary field is mapped in your Zap or Make flow
  • Enough time has passed for the summary to generate (usually under 1 minute after the call ends)
