The Allo-Attio integration keeps your CRM up to date automatically. Every call syncs to Attio as a note with recordings and AI summaries. Perfect for teams using Attio’s modern CRM to manage customer relationships. Key benefits:

Attio doesn’t have native “Call” objects, so Allo logs calls as notes in contact profiles.

Setup

Open Allo app

Launch Allo on mobile or desktop

Go to Integrations

Navigate to Settings > Integrations

Find Attio

Locate Attio in the integrations list and tap Connect

Sign in to Attio

You’ll be redirected to Attio to authorize the connection

Confirm authorization

Tap Confirm to accept the integration request

Allow redirect

Tap Allow when prompted to return to Allo automatically
All your Attio people objects will sync to Allo automatically. You can call them directly from the app.

Attio to Allo

All your Attio people objects import into Allo with full details like company and last contacted date.

Allo to Attio

Every call logs to Attio as a note with recordings, summaries, and metadata.

Automatic contact sync

Two-way sync:
Changes in either system update the other in real-time. New people added to Attio appear in Allo within 10 minutes.
One-way contact creation:
Contacts created in Allo are not automatically created in Attio. This prevents accidental data creation in your CRM.

Call enrichment

When an Attio contact calls, you see:
  • Full name
  • Company name
  • Job title
  • Last contacted date
  • Direct link to open Attio profile

Call logging

After each call, Allo automatically logs to Attio:

Troubleshooting

Common causes:
  • Attio authorization denied
  • Insufficient Attio permissions
  • Network timeout during OAuth
Solutions:
  • Make sure you confirmed authorization in Attio
  • Verify you have appropriate workspace permissions
  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting
Check these items:
  • Integration shows as “Connected” in Allo Settings
  • Contact exists in your Attio workspace
  • Contact has a matching phone number
  • Internet connection is stable during calls
Solution: If issues persist, disconnect and reconnect the integration.
Verify phone number:
The calling number must match exactly what’s in Attio.
Format differences:
Check that phone numbers are formatted consistently (with or without country code).
Wait for sync:
New people added to Attio can take up to 10 minutes to appear in Allo.
Verify connection:
Check that the integration shows as “Connected” in Allo Settings.
Phone number required:
People objects must have a phone number to sync.
To reconnect the integration:
  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Attio
  2. Tap Disconnect
  3. Follow the connection steps again

Manage your integration

Disconnect Attio

To disconnect the integration:
  1. Open Allo app
  2. Go to Settings > Integrations
  3. Select Attio
  4. Tap Disconnect
Disconnecting stops all sync between Allo and Attio. Existing data in Attio remains unchanged.

Reconnect

If you need to reconnect:
  1. Disconnect the current integration in Allo
  2. Follow the setup steps to reconnect
  3. Reauthorize access in Attio
