What this integration does

The Allo-Pennylane integration enriches your calls with accounting data. When customers or suppliers call, see their company name, job title, and total invoiced amount instantly. Perfect for French businesses using Pennylane for accounting. Key benefits:

This is a one-way sync: Pennylane contacts sync to Allo, but Allo contacts are not created in Pennylane.

Setup

Open Allo app

Launch Allo on mobile or desktop

Go to Integrations

Navigate to Settings > Integrations

Find Pennylane

Locate Pennylane in the integrations list and tap Connect

Sign in to Pennylane

You’ll be redirected to Pennylane to authorize the connection

Select company

If you manage multiple companies in Pennylane, select the one to connect

Authorize connection

Tap Autoriser to grant Allo access to your Pennylane data

Allow redirect

Tap Allow when prompted to return to Allo automatically
Setup is complete. Your Pennylane customers and suppliers will sync to Allo automatically.

All Pennylane customers and suppliers import into Allo contacts automatically.

New customers added to Pennylane sync to Allo within 10 minutes.

Call enrichment details

When a customer or supplier calls, you see:
  • Full name
  • Company name
  • Job title
  • Total amount invoiced
  • Direct link to Pennylane profile

Contact synchronization

Pennylane to Allo:
All customers and suppliers sync automatically. New contacts appear within 10 minutes.
Allo to Pennylane:
Contacts created in Allo are not synced to Pennylane. This prevents accidental data creation in your accounting system.

Troubleshooting

Common causes:
  • Incorrect Pennylane credentials
  • Multiple company selection not completed
  • Authorization denied
Solutions:
  • Verify your Pennylane login credentials
  • Make sure you selected a company if you manage multiple
  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting
Wait for sync:
New contacts can take up to 10 minutes to appear in Allo.
Check connection:
Verify the integration shows as “Connected” in Allo Settings.
Phone number required:
Pennylane contacts must have a phone number to sync.
Verify phone number:
The calling number must match exactly what’s in Pennylane.
Format differences:
Check that phone numbers are formatted consistently (with or without country code).
Multiple companies:
If you manage multiple companies in Pennylane, verify you connected the right one.
Solution:
Disconnect and reconnect, selecting the correct company during setup.
To reconnect the integration:
  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Pennylane
  2. Tap Disconnect
  3. Follow the connection steps again

Disconnect Pennylane

To disconnect the integration:
  1. Open Allo app
  2. Go to Settings > Integrations
  3. Select Pennylane
  4. Tap Disconnect
Disconnecting stops contact sync and call enrichment. Existing contacts in Allo remain unchanged.

Switch connected company

If you manage multiple companies in Pennylane:
  1. Disconnect the current integration
  2. Reconnect and select a different company during authorization
