# Zapier

> Connectez Allo à 5000+ apps via Zapier

## Description

Automatisez vos flux entre Allo et des milliers d'apps (Gmail, Slack, Airtable, etc.) sans coder.

## Configuration

### URL webhook Zapier

    Appels, SMS, Contacts ou Tous (recommandé test)

    Faites un appel test pour alimenter le webhook

### Finaliser dans Zapier

1. Retournez sur votre Zap
2. **Test trigger** (doit trouver l'appel test)
3. Ajoutez l'action souhaitée
4. Activez le Zap

## Données envoyées

* **Appels :** ID, nom/numéro contact, sens, durée, date/heure, résultat, lien audio, transcript, résumé IA, tags
* **SMS :** ID, expéditeur/destinataire, message, sens, date
* **Contacts :** ID, nom, numéro, e-mail, tags, type d'événement (créé/mis à jour/supprimé)

## Exemples de Zaps

* Mail Gmail avec résumé + lien audio
* Création d'événements Google Calendar pour les callbacks
* Items Monday.com ou Trello pour les suivis
* Notifications Slack pour les SMS entrants
* Log d'appels dans Airtable / Google Sheets
* Chaînes multi-actions (email + Trello + Slack + Sheets)

## Dépannage

    Vérifiez l'URL, que le Zap est ON, que les bons événements sont sélectionnés et faites un appel test.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Test trigger échoue">
    Assurez-vous que l'intégration est connectée et qu'un événement récent existe, puis relancez le test.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Zap en erreur">
    Consultez **Zap History** (champ manquant, limite API, auth...).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Lien audio inaccessible">
    Les URLs nécessitent une authentification ; certaines apps ne la gèrent pas. Contactez le support pour les options d'accès.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Limite de tâches">
    Zapier gratuit = 100 tâches/mois + mono-étape. Filtrez vos Zaps ou passez en plan payant.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Reconnexion">
    Settings > Integrations > Zapier > Disconnect, créez un nouveau webhook, reconnectez.

## Gestion

* **Déconnexion :** Settings > Integrations > Zapier > Disconnect (les Zaps ne recevront plus d'événements)
* **Changer d'URL :** déconnectez, créez un nouveau webhook, reconnectez
* **Multiples Zaps :** plusieurs connexions Zapier dans Allo avec filtres différentes
