# Google Contacts

> Synchronisation bidirectionnelle entre Allo et vos contacts Google

## Description

L'intégration Allo-Google Contacts garde vos carnets synchronisés en temps réel. Toute modification dans Allo ou Google est reflétée automatiquement.

**Avantages :**

* Mise à jour instantanée
* Correspondance sur numéro/e-mail
* Synchronisation des photos (Google → Allo)

## Configuration

    Activez le toggle **Google Contacts**

    Sélectionnez votre compte Google et autorisez l'accès

    1 à 5 min selon le volume

### Données synchronisées

**Correspondance :** numéro (prioritaire) > e-mail > nom. Sans correspondance, un nouveau contact est créé.

## Dépannage

    Vérifiez que vous avez sélectionné le bon compte, autorisé Allo et que les pop-ups ne sont pas bloqués.

  <Accordion title="Contacts non synchronisés">
    * Statut « Connected » ?
    * Autorisation contacts accordée ?
    * Compte Google actif ?
    * Connexion internet ?

    Solution : désactivez/réactivez l'intégration pour relancer la sync.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Doublons">
    Formatez les numéros de façon identique (ex. avec indicatif). Fusionnez les doublons dans Google, la sync les alignera.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Infos manquantes">
    Assurez-vous que les contacts sont dans « Mes contacts » (pas « Autres contacts ») et que le numéro est bien renseigné.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Photos non sync">
    Google → Allo : OK. Allo → Google : non supporté par l'API.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Reconnexion">
    Settings > Contacts > désactiver Google Contacts > réactiver > autoriser à nouveau.

## Gestion

* **Déconnexion :** Settings > Contacts > désactiver le toggle (les contacts existants restent).
* **Sync sélective :** non disponible. Astuce : utiliser un compte Google dédié aux contacts pro.
* **Révocation totale :** [myaccount.google.com/permissions](https://myaccount.google.com/permissions) > retirer Allo.
