# Partner Portal

> Find your referral link and submit warm introductions, or create and set up your customers' accounts. What you can do in the partner portal depends on your partner contract.

The partner portal is where Allo partners refer leads and manage the accounts they bring in. Go to [web.withallo.com/partner](https://web.withallo.com/partner). Both partner contracts use the same portal, and what you can do there depends on your contract. To compare the two contracts, see the [Partner Program](/en/support/partner-program).

## Who can use the partner portal?

The partner portal is part of the Allo web app, so you need an Allo account to sign in.

* **Revenue share:** you must be an Allo customer to use the partner portal. If you are not, your referral link still works: you get it when you sign up on [Rewardful](https://mfc.getrewardful.com/signup).
* **Discounted licence:** the partner portal opens once your Commitment Quote is signed with the Allo team.

## Revenue share: referral link and warm introductions

### How to find your referral link

Go to [web.withallo.com/partner](https://web.withallo.com/partner), select **Make a referral**, then choose **Share your referral link**. Your link looks like `withallo.com?via=yourname`.

Anyone who signs up through your referral link is credited to you. These sign-ups are self-serve: Allo's sales team does not reach out to them.

### How to submit a warm introduction

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the partner portal">
    Go to [web.withallo.com/partner](https://web.withallo.com/partner).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Start a referral">
    Select **Make a referral**, then choose **Register a deal & make a warm introduction**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter the lead">
    Fill in the lead's name and email, then send the introduction.
  </Step>
</Steps>

Allo's team contacts the lead and handles the sale. You earn 20% of the customer's first-year revenue when the customer pays. Only introduce businesses that expect a call from Allo.

<Warning>
  Introductions sent by email or Slack are not attributed to you. Submit every warm introduction from the partner portal.
</Warning>

<Note>
  By default, Allo's team contacts every lead you introduce. If you don't want us to reach out to the leads you introduce, tell your Allo contact.
</Note>

## Discounted licence: create and set up accounts

### How to create an account for a customer

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the partner portal">
    Go to [web.withallo.com/partner](https://web.withallo.com/partner).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add a licence">
    Select **Add new license**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter the account details">
    Enter the account name, your customer's email and the country of the Allo number. A number prefix or state is optional.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose the billing interval">
    Choose monthly or yearly billing. The portal shows the price with your 30% discount applied. Allo charges this amount to your payment method when you create the account.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create the account">
    Select **Create account**.
  </Step>
</Steps>

Every new account comes with its first Allo number, ready when your customer logs in for the first time. Each account is one seat, and you can create as many accounts as your Commitment Quote covers. Allo bills you for the account, never your customer.

### How to set up an account before your customer logs in

Open the account from your list of accounts in the partner portal. You see the account's settings only, and you can configure them before your customer's first login.

### Automate account creation with the Partner API

The [Partner API](/en/v2/api-reference/partner/overview) creates and manages accounts from your own software. The Partner API is optional: the partner portal does the same without code.
