# Phone Numbers

> Buy additional business phone numbers from 50+ countries

## Overview

Every Allo account includes one free business number. Buy additional numbers from 50+ countries, port your existing numbers, or get toll-free numbers.

**What you can do:**

Every plan includes one free business number assigned during onboarding. You choose from available numbers in your country.

## Port existing numbers

Transfer your current phone number to Allo to keep your established business identity.

**Can port:**

* Landline numbers (all countries)
* US and Canada mobile numbers
* French mobile numbers (06/07)

**Process:**

1. Fill out porting form
2. Provide carrier information
3. Wait 2-4 weeks
4. Number activates automatically

**Start porting:**

In the Allo app on desktop or web, go to [**Settings > Numbers**](https://web.withallo.com/settings/numbers) and click **Port a number**. See the [step-by-step porting guide](/en/phone-numbers/port-existing-number) for details.

## Manage your numbers

Each number can have its own settings: custom greetings, call routing, business hours, IVR, and more.

**To configure a number:**

1. Go to Settings
2. Tap the number you want to configure
3. Customize features
